For the next while I am going to discuss COPE policy, I will be using the Draft Policy document as a guide, but will also interject with my own opinion and observations based on my interaction with other COPE members and various meetings I attend. Note these are my own views and are not to be confused with actual cope policy. Actual policy statements are highlighted in dark blue, the rest is my opinion.

25 Nov Recipe book for charity Author: Guy McLaren | Category: Thoughts I have been thinking of fundraising ideas and have concluded that a recipe book would be in order. I need some help though because my cooking is fairly limited. I want to create a cookbook with a difference. We want to create a book with recipes that are 1. easy to prepare (so for non chef types as well) 2. cheap to prepare (for those with very small budgets) 3. are for bachelors, families and entertaining. What I want from you are your favourite recipes, I want you to tell us how you create an awesome meal for one, or two or four using everyday ingredients that are easy on the pocket. Save big bucks by selling your own house. Here in Africa, deep down south estate agents take a large chunk of change for selling your house. The recommended tariff by the Institute of Realtors in South Africa is 7.5% plus vat. The average selling price for a house is in the region of R 600 000 country wide the last time I looked but here in Nelspruit finding anything under R 750 000 is a minor miracle.
